The refund policy statement mentions the agreement between the company and the customer with regards to the disbursements of refunds or returns when there is a situation that warrants the action. All products and services provided by the company are considered to be of good quality to the knowledge of the owners. Any refund or return can be done by the customer within the deadline as mentioned on the website. Refund of money in any form is not granted, unless the customer has a valid reason for the refund. The refund request sent to the company will come under scrutiny and the same will be granted only if the reason provided by the customer is considered valid.
The customers must send out an immediate refund request if they find any of the services defective or if they have been provided with an ineffective service that is different from what they had ordered. Extension date on the refund deadlines cannot be done and the customers must notify the support team about the situation as and when they find it, within the deadline given. Validity of the refund request is communicated to the customers after verification and refunds are provided according to our refund policy.
